Book Launch - "Intellectual Property Law in Ireland" 3rd Edition

Intellectual property law firm FRKelly and Arthur Cox Solicitors successfully launched "Intellectual Property Law in Ireland" (Clark, Smyth & Hall, 3rd Edition, Bloomsbury Professional, 2010) in the National Concert Hall on the 1st March. Speaking at the launch, Judge Fidelma Macken of the Supreme Court highlighted the importance of Intellectual Property in society today and how Ireland is a key contributor to this topic on an international level.

The publication is a guide to intellectual property law and addresses all aspects of trade mark, patent, copyright and design law from an Irish and EU perspective.
