Conor Boyce Speaking at IP Ireland 2010

Conor Boyce, Partner with FRKelly, is speaking at the 3rd Annual Intellectual Property, Trademark & Copyright Ireland Conference on 18th February 2010. The Conference focus this year is on "Research, Innovation and Investment".

Conor will discuss "Freedom to operate" (FTO), usually used to mean determining whether a particular action, such as testing or commercialising a product, can be done without infringing valid intellectual property rights of others. His presentation will cover patent, trademark and copyright issues, particularly as they apply to software developers and producers.

IP Ireland 2010 is designed to bring together many of the leading authorities on IP, to discuss and develop the ever increasing role which it plays within research, educational & commercial organisations today.
