David Brophy joins the IPKat blog team

The renowned IPKat blog has recruited FRKelly partner David Brophy as the newest member of its team. The IPKat is one of the most widely read and respected sources of news and comment on intellectual property law and has won numerous accolades and awards, consistently placing highly in global lists not only of IP blogs, but of law blogs generally. In 2010 the IPKat was selected by the United States Library of Congress for inclusion in its historic collection of Internet materials.

Founded in 2003 by Professor Jeremy Philips, the IPKat is read daily by thousands (including over 5,700 email subscribers alone). David looks forward to bringing to the blog his own unique perspective, informed by his experiences in working to secure and enforce IP rights for the clients of FRKelly.
