Death of Former Partner and Colleague Martin Tierney

We regret to announce the death of our former Partner and colleague Martin Tierney. He will be greatly missed by the partners and staff of FRKelly.

Martin was an inspiration to all of his colleagues in FRKelly and to the Irish Association of Patent and Trademark Attorneys. He was a President of ECTA and the author of Irish Trade Marks Law and Practice.

Our sincere sympathies go out to his wife Grania and family. May he rest in peace.
