Discuss trade marks over breakfast in New York

FRKelly is hosting a breakfast seminar for US attorneys on Friday, 19 November 2010 in New York. The seminar will take the form of an informal discussion and Q&A session dealing with those issues of European trade mark law and practice which are of most concern and interest to US attorneys.

Shane Smyth and Mary Bleahene, both partners at FRKelly, can draw on a wealth of experience of representing clients before the Community Trade Mark Office, and will be delighted to answer all of your questions over a leisurely Irish breakfast.

In a recent survey, FRKelly was ranked 14th in Europe for Community Trade Mark (CTM) filings, and has consistently ranked amongst the top twenty filers of CTMs since the opening of the OHIM in 1996.
