FRKelly Ranked First in Ireland in MIP Survey

FRKelly is the top Trade Mark firm in Ireland according to the 2010 World IP Survey, conducted by Managing Intellectual Property Magazine. We were also ranked in the top tier for Patent Prosecution in Ireland.

MIP had this to say about FRKelly:

"FRKelly remains the biggest Irish attorney firm and at the top of the prosecution tables...Its patent practice marched on unaffected by the financial downturn, due in no small part to a diverse client base which includes local universities and international names such as Nortel Networks. The market thinks the firm's future is bright also: one competitor said partner David Brophy "puts a lot of work into new attorneys" and others tipped Brian O'Neill as an associate to watch. Conor Boyce's expertise in electronics was also noted by a leading IP lawyer."

The ranking is based on a survey of hundreds of practitioners and in-house counsel worldwide in which firms are rated for their strength of expertise and the depth of their ability to service clients.
