Irish Patents Office introduces new procedures for honest concurrent use

Following a public consultation process, the Irish Patents Office has announced that it will change its procedures for dealing with claims of honest concurrent use with effect from 1 December, 2011.  A copy of the announcement is available here.  Further analysis will follow but in the meantime, please feel free to contact the trade mark team at FRKelly with any queries.
