Carol Gormley

Carol deals with all aspects of national, Community and international trade marks from clearance to registration including opposition and dispute resolution. She represents a wide range of Irish and foreign clients in the prosecution and maintenance of their Trade Marks in Ireland and worldwide.
Carol joined FRKelly in 2000 and qualified as an Irish registered Trade Mark Agent in 2001. She studied Law in University College Dublin and Würzburg University in Germany.
She is a member of Marques and the Law and Practice Committee of the Association of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys.
Carol is based in our Dublin Office.
