Hazel Tunney
M.Sc. Community and Irish Trade Mark Attorney
Hazel handles a wide range of Irish, Community and International Trade Mark issues, including advising on Trade Mark clearance and availability. Hazel joined FRKelly in 2003, having spent several years with another firm of Irish Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys. She qualified as an Irish and Community Trade Mark Attorney in 2003.
She has written articles for the World Trade Mark Law Report and is co-author of the Irish chapter of the Thomson West publication 'Trade Secrets Throughout the World'. She is the head of the Social Committee of the Association of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys (APTMA) and is a member of the Associations Executive Committee. In addition, she is a member of China Subcommittee of the International TradeMark Association's (INTA's) Anti-Counterfeiting Committee for the 2010-2011 term. Hazel annually tutors student candidates for the Irish Trade Mark Agents Qualifying Exam.
Hazel is based in our Dublin Office.
