Stephen Waller
B.Eng(Hons), Chartered Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney, Community Design Attorney
Stephen works in the general field of mechanical engineering and has particular experience in automotive, agricultural and offshore engineering. In addition he has experience of Oppositions and Appeals before the European Patent Office.
He joined FRKelly in 2008 after several years in practice in Northern Ireland and England. He was previously a Senior Patent Examiner in the UK Patent Office and has an honours degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Manchester.
Stephen is based in our Belfast Office.
