Brenda O’Regan
Community Trade Mark Attorney.
Brenda is a registered Trade Mark agent and Community Trade Mark Attorney and represents many Irish and foreign corporations in prosecution and maintenance of their Trade Marks in Ireland and the European Union. She joined FRKelly in 1976.
Brenda is an active member of the International Trade Mark Association (INTA) and has served on committees dealing with anti-counterfeiting legislation and enforcement. She is the contributor for Irish case law in the INTA Publication "Trade Mark Law Handbook". Brenda is also a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.
