Brenda O’Regan
Community Trade Mark Attorney.
Brenda joined FRKelly in 1976 and is a registered Trade Mark agent and Community Trade Mark Attorney. She represents many Irish and foreign corporations in prosecution and maintenance of their Trade Marks in Ireland and the European Union. She also has a significant practice in Domain Name issues and UDRP and ccDRP. Brenda was part of part of a working group that drafted the .IE Dispute Resolution Policy and is working with the Irish Domain Name Registry (IEDR) to develop a formal Policy Development Process.
Brenda is an active member of the International Trade Mark Association (INTA) and has served on committees dealing with anti-counterfeiting legislation and enforcement and is currently on the INTA study of the EU TM systems committee. She is the contributor for Irish case law in the INTA Publication "Trade Mark Law Handbook". Brenda is also a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.
