Gavan Ferguson

Gavan handles a wide range of Irish, Community and International Trade Mark matters, from trade mark clearance to registration and enforcement. He joined the profession in 1993 and moved to FRKelly in 1997, joining the partnership in 2002.
Gavan manages the worldwide trade mark portfolios for several Irish clients, notably in the entertainment field. He is the firm's representative on the Trade Mark Law & Practice Committee of the Association of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys. Gavan is the Ireland contributor to the World Trademark Review. He is an overseas member of the UK Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (ITMA).
Gavan is based in our Dublin Office.
