Lindsay J. Casey
B.Sc., European Patent Attorney, Community Trade Mark Attorney.
Lindsay practices in the areas of mechanical engineering and physical chemistry. He joined FRKelly in 1978 and has a considerable experience of Oppositions and Appeals at the European Patent Office.
He is a member of LES, FICPI, Union & EPI council. He is a past president of the Association of Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys.
Lindsay is based in our Dublin Office.
