Gavan handles a wide range of Irish, Community and International Trade Mark matters, from trade mark clearance to registration and enforcement. He joined FRKelly in 1997 having spent a number of years in practice with another Dublin firm of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys.
Gavan manages the worldwide trade mark portfolios for several Irish clients, notably in the entertainment field. He is the firm's representative on the Trade Mark Law & Practice Committee of the Association of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys. Gavan is an overseas member of the UK Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (ITMA).
Gavan is based in our Dublin Office.
