Admitted as a solicitor in Ireland, England and Wales; Community Trade Mark Attorney; Registered United Kingdom Trade Mark Attorney; Bachelor of Electronic Engineering (UCG); MSC Intellectual Property Law Management (Queen Mary & Westfield College, London).
Mary deals with all aspects of national and international trade mark clearance and protection as well as the law relating to designs and copyright. She is a committee member of the INTA (International Trade Mark Association) as well as LES (Licensing Executive Society) of Ireland, and speaks widely on trade mark issues, both in Ireland and overseas.
Before starting her career in IP, Mary worked as a software engineer, and she maintains a keen interest in trade mark issues relating to the internet, particularly domain name issues.
Mary is based in our Dublin office.
