Nicole GernonAssociate

B.C.L., Community Trade Mark Attorney

Nicole deals with all aspects of national, Community and international trade marks from clearance to registration. She is involved in the prosecution and maintenance of trade marks in Ireland and worldwide. She also deals with trade mark matters post-registration.

Nicole studied Law in University College Dublin and graduated in 2008. She joined FRKelly on graduation and qualified as an Irish and Community Trade Mark Attorney in 2009.

Nicole obtained a Post-Graduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice from Queen Mary University of London in 2011.

Nicole is based in our Dublin office.
