Niamh joined F.R. Kelly & Co. in 2002 after several years with a leading Dublin law firm. She qualified as an Irish Registered Trade Mark Agent in 1999 and as a solicitor in 2002. She deals with all aspects of national, Community and International Trade Marks, from trade mark clearance to registration, exploitation and conflicts, as well as domain name dispute complaints. Niamh has published extensively on trade mark matters in periodicals such as the World Trademark Law Reports, the Marques newsletter, Irish Business Law journal and Business Plus magazine. She is one of the contributors to an upcoming commentary on the Community Trade Mark Regulation and the Irish contributor to an upcoming international publication on domain names. Niamh has tutored in the Law School of the Law Society of Ireland on intellectual property and information technology law and she is a member of the Association of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys committee on trade mark law and practice.
