John is a patent attorney of more than 30 years experience. He worked for many years with IBM as a consulting patent attorney where his work involved licensing and contract support as well as responsibility for electronics and software-related inventions. His work with F. R. Kelly & Co. primarily entails the preparation and prosecution of software and electronics related cases both for local and larger multinational clients.
