Neil joined the firm in 1979 and specialises in Irish and Community trade mark law, with a special interest in the problem of parallel imports. He retired from the partnership in December 2005 but remains as a consultant to the firm particularly for a number of Irish clients which include Waterford Wedgwood. He has been active on a number of committees and task forces for INTA for many years.
