Lindsay joined the firm in 1978 and has practised in the areas of mechanical engineering and physical chemistry. He has a considerable experience of Oppositions and Appeals at the European Patent Office. He is a member of LES, FICPI, Union & EPI council. He is president of the Association of Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys.
