Brenda joined the firm in 1976 and specialises in the trade mark field. She represents many Irish and foreign corporations in Irish and Community Trade Mark matters. She has particular interest in the law on counterfeit goods. She is a member of ECTA and is the contributor for Ireland in the INTA publication ‘Trade Mark Law Handbook’.
