Join FR Kelly for IP Inclusive’s Women in IP Annual Event 2026, featuring a panel discussion on A Decade of Development: Navigating the Career Journey after a Period of Absence.
The discussion will explore the experiences and challenges of taking a career break and returning to work, including parental leave, ill health, caring responsibilities and sabbaticals. It will reflect on the progress made over the past decade and consider how workplaces can continue to evolve to better support professionals throughout their careers.
